I remember the feeling of frustration, like it was yesterday.
I had never truly never struggled with my weight or experienced a significant lack of energy until my mid-40's.
At that point, I started to realize that my body was starting to make "adjustments".
My typical aerobic exercises, which had always worked so well in the past, were not helping me lose the excess pounds around my middle. I was gradually gaining weight.
Being true to myself, someone who dislikes taking the "long way" to her goals, I began to research this mid-life health-related conundrum.
My studies eventually led to a Nutrition Coach certification with the NAFC.
Then came a deeper dive into the complex world of holistic health, empowering me to master weight control with health-centric habits and protocols honed at the Alive Academy in Canada.
By simply learning how foods either balance or unbalance the body, calm or inflame our tissues, energize or create vitality, cleanse or create toxicity... I was able to regain "control" of my health, how I felt daily and lose unwanted weight I was gaining yearly.
Most importantly, I learned that everyone has access to Nutrition Science and can use it, simply and easily, with a plan.
Things I've noticed since changing my "ways" in regard to how I eat/live.

One on One PROGRAM = 3 PHASES OF TRANSITION = 90 DAYS
In the 1st Phase, we'll be initiating self-management techniques/strategies that support an eating framework that is very simple but extremely powerful for stabilizing blood sugar. This very important phase sets you up for success and will have you preparing your meals on auto-pilot.
